More Venison goodness…

Easy slow cooker meal for weeknight dinners or a lazy Sunday.

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs venison steak

1 ½ tbsps steak seasoning

1 tsp sage

1 small onion, chopped

4 cloves minced garlic

1 can cream of onion soup

1 cup water

1 cup sour cream

Season venison with steak seasoning and sage. Place in a slow cooker with onion, garlic, soup, and water. Cook on low until venison shreds with a fork. Stir in sour cream. Cook 30 minutes more. Shred venison before serving over egg noodles.
